They are always a phone call away. We have both personal and business insurance with Erie through The Goodfriend Agency. I need to contact them several times a year for the business coverage and they always respond promptly! I highly recommend.

Wonderful experience!! I have been with the farm bureau for over 10 years and they keep raising the rates monthly we had no accident tickets etc. same with home insurance keeps raising rates!! With Erie Insurance we got a really good rate for auto and home with life insurance to boot and still cheaper than farm bureau. My local agent was professional and answered all questions I had. It was actually a pleasure to work with Jonah thank you very much!!

There are still good people in this world. If you’re looking for car insurance and your cancellation had been passed over before getting new coverage and no other insurance will take you, well you need to call Jonah at Erie Insurance because he is a good person and will help you out! He helped us and got our family back on auto insurance. We are very thankful and grateful for the people who lead us to Jonah at Erie Insurance, (he needs a raise).
